Cancellation Policy

Makeup Class Booking Policy - Class Reservation: To secure your spot in any makeup class, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been processed. - Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please notify us at least 7 days before the class date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class will not be refunded, but you may transfer your spot to another person or apply the payment towards a future class within 90 days, subject to availability. - Class Materials: All necessary materials will be provided during the class. However, some classes may require you to bring specific items. In such cases, a shopping list will be provided prior to the class. While it is encouraged to bring these items to maximize your learning experience, it is not mandatory. - Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to check in and get settled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened class experience, as the class will begin promptly at the scheduled time. - Health & Safety: The health and safety of all participants are a top priority. We follow strict sanitation practices in line with CDC guidelines. All tools and surfaces are sanitized before and after each class. - No Guests Policy: To ensure a focused and enjoyable learning environment, only registered participants are allowed in the class. Please do not bring any guests. - Photography & Recording: Photos and videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of the class. Thank you for choosing our makeup classes. We look forward to enhancing your beauty skills!
